Scariest thing I’ve ever done, but here it goes…..
Ever wonder how you got to a certain point and once you stopped and pondered, you realized that it was the culmination of so many moments, both small and large. Pinnacle Therapy & Wellness is the result of being told no enough times to question what’s the point, a move back home to North Dakota after saying good bye to some great friends in Iowa, a desire to help and make an impact, and lastly an inner drive and gut feeling that keep working on me even when I didn’t want to listen.
This next adventure in my life is the scariest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s also the most exciting, joyful, and impactful thing too; it’s just about how you look at it. I was talking with my uncle yesterday and he mentioned that 2020 was a disaster because the year started with such hope and promise, but quickly down spiraled from there. We can choose to look at COVID-19, the social unrest, and the highly polarized political landscape and just see despair. I quickly countered that it was a great year and full of opportunity. I’m sure he was wondering if I had lost my mind, but I countered that this was a year of growth and opportunity and ultimately, I choose to see the many blessings and opportunities that I am afforded and run with them. I’m taking this same mindset into how Pinnacle Therapy will be operated. I see Pinnacle as a way to help uplift my patients and push them to empower themselves to make the most out of each opportunity they’re presented with on their health and wellness journey.
Thanks for being a part of my journey and I hope that you’ll come along for the ride. I invite you to follow me on Facebook (@pinnacletherapywellness) and Instagram (pinnacle_dpt) for not only helpful physical therapy and wellness tips, but also funny memes, possibly a few of my favorite recipes, and what other random musings I may have.
