It’s July Already?

Wow how is it already July?!?!? I hope everyone stayed safe and had a fun Fourth of July weekend. I was able to enjoy a relaxing weekend at home reading, finally caught the Friends Reunion Special, and then was able to have supper and later drinks and watch fireworks with two of my best friends from college.

I have nothing educational or physical therapy related today, but just wanted to quickly look back on the past six months. I am so grateful to the awesome women I get to see each day at the clinic and benefit from their mentoring and support as we face the pandemic and life in general. I knew opening a practice in general would be hard and full of challenges, but even with all of the stress and anxiety, I am so glad I took the plunge. I have been blessed with repeat patients from my previous job and new patients that trust me to help them get back to feeling their best.

As I look toward the remaining six months of 2021, I am hopeful and optimistic of what they will hold. I get to celebrate another birthday, throw a 40th anniversary party for my parents with my two brothers, visit with family and friends, and continue to grow Connect PT into the practice I envisioned when I started last September!
