Pain isn’t always the best predictor of how your body is functioning during your everyday activities. You may have stiffness and lost of function that PT can identify and help you perform at your best no matter what your activity level is.
This is the service people book when something feels off rather than wrong. A shoulder that has stopped going all the way up. A hip that only complains on long runs. A knee that is fine until the third day of a trip.
It is also the service to book before a season, before a surgery you know is coming, or before a trip that will ask more of you than an ordinary week.
Who This Is For
Reasons people book without being in pain
Something feels off
Not painful, but not right. Worth looking at before it becomes the reason you stop.
Before a season
Finding the weak link while there is time to do something about it.
Before a planned surgery
Going in stronger generally makes coming back easier.
Returning after a long gap
Restarting well, rather than restarting and getting hurt.
A job that asks a lot
Lifting, standing, or sitting for long stretches all leave marks.
You want to keep doing it
Whatever it is. That is a good enough reason.
